Let me show you how to stream predictions into your CRM.
After your model is built, the first thing we want to do is review our model. I can see Forwrd divided my open records into four buckets. Poor, Fair, Good, and Excellent.
Next, I can review my records down here. See their score, and I can also understand why each score was given to any one of these leads.
At this point, I can stream, or push, these scores, and their respective explanations, into the CRM view of my frontline employees. To do this, I’ll click the ‘automations’ tab within my ‘Projects’ layer. I’ll then click the ‘plus’ icon to create a new Automation.
Let’s review what we got here. On the left side, under ‘read from’ I’ll select the decision base that includes my new leads, which I would like to score as they come in. These leads will be scored by the scoring model that we’ve built. Over here, under ‘Define update score’ I’ll select the CRM column that I’d like to inject the scores and explanations into.
Next we will define the frequency at which Forwrd scores will be updated in the CRM column. \Lastly, I will turn this automation on. That’s it. From now on, new leads will be scored by our scoring model every day at 9AM. As always, if you need help setting this up, email us at:
